FAQs

  • Discovery Flights
DISCOVERY FLIGHTS For only $135.00, potential students can go up with an instructor to see what flying is all about! This one- flight per customer experience is a great way to see if flying is right for you before jumping in to flight training full time. Give us a call to schedule!
  • What age to Start Training?

You can start training at any age but you need to be at least 16 years old to be able to solo and at least 17 years old to get your license. We recommend students start training no younger than 15. Once we get to a certain point in the curriculum, a student may start repeating lessons while they wait to turn 16. We suggest a young teenager start with a Discovery flight, then every few months have a flight lesson to keep their interest up. Then the closer they get to 16, start increasing the frequency between lessons.
